Tarpon’s Structures division is a single-source supplier for steel building solutions. We design and fabricate pre-engineered building systems, workforce accommodations, modular structures and steel building system components for a wide range of industries, including: oil and gas, industrial, commercial and agricultural applications.

Structures’ expansive 125,000 square foot manufacturing facility, 8,500 square foot painting and industrial coating shop and 15,000 square foot office complex enables us to design and construct customized building solutions. Our offering includes design, engineering, detailing, manufacturing, installation/erection and after sales service.

Structures is dedicated to servicing the changing and growing needs of the commercial, industrial, and oil and gas markets by providing cost-effective executive accommodations ranging from single module temporary applications to multi-unit, multi-story permanent complexes.

MODULAR STRUCTURES

Structures designs and manufactures a wide range of high quality modular systems including MCC buildings, pumps houses, compressor buildings and auxiliary buildings.

Working in conjunction with Tarpon’s Electric & Controls division, we are able to offer a fully integrated package that includes items such as switchgear, control systems, wiring, lighting, instrumentation and tubing for a complete and operational system that can be pre-commissioned at our own facility.

PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS SYSTEMS

Structures pre-engineered buildings systems offer the maximum in design flexibility and appearance for all applications. From high-end commercial and industrial, to workshops and storage projects, our pre-engineered building systems are built to our clients’ requirements. We can also manufacture buildings to include large clear span trusses and/or heavy crane loading.

All buildings are constructed in our manufacturing facility and transported to location for site installation. Our pre-engineered construction process offers maximum benefits in custom design and cost-effectiveness.

INDUSTRIAL COATING FACILITY

Structures specializes in abrasive blasting and the application of industrial coatings. We provide light industrial painting, high build epoxy/urethane coating, high abrasion coatings and internal coatings to SSPC and NACE standards.

Our environmentally sound media recovery industrial coating facility allows us to accommodate any project year-round. Equipped with the latest technology, we can execute various sizes and scopes of projects.

STEEL BUILDING SYSTEM COMPONENTS

Structures manufactures all main steel building system components for superior fit and finish ensuring a quality product from concept to completion.

Our pre-engineered construction process ensures our clients’ projects are more cost-effective compared to conventional construction methods. We also have the capability to provide customized steel building system components, including:
